What I’ve been doing ?

I’ve been playing a lot with VMware, currently I have installed as guests using Active Directory on a domain:

Windows 2000 Server <- Domain Controller Longhorn Linux RedHat 9.0 Windows XP Japanese Windows XP Professional all these over my Windows XP Pro as host.

After finding about the low levels of lithium in my body, I got an appointment with a psychiatrist who specializes (seems so) in lithium. It’s on February the 3rd at 3pm.

For almost a month I’ve been taking:

N-Acetyl Cysteine – 600 mg – Solgar
DMSA – 100 mg – Vitamin research
MSM – 1000 mg – CVS Brand
Vitamin C – 1000 mg – CVS Brand
Alpha lipoic acid – 100 mg – Nature’s Bounty
Selenium Chelate – Hollywood Health

Selenium – 100mcg
Vitamin E – 100IU
Chlorella – 300mg
Alginate – 200mg
Apple pectin – 200mg

With this I’m trying to promote the production of sulfur in my body so it chelates with mercury, Also ALA is a chelator, MSM opens cells, DMSA is a chemical chelator, NAC promotes the production of of glutamine in the liver, selenium is a chelator.

Soo.. finally I get a MSN account to chat with my and what does he do ?.. calls me a weirdo and blocks me.. gee..

Here are the results of the hair test where they show the levels of mercury I had in my hair.

I’ve been taking cilantro for a week now, Today I started with the DMSA, only 100mg… on monday I will have the amalgams removed and i hope in less than a month to see a radical difference. Took 300mg of DMSA during the whole day, didn’t felt much different than usual.

Along with the DMSA I’m taking a multivitamin + Multi minerals to add back all the minerals I get ripped off by the DMSA. Today, after drinking an ounce of them, I felt warmth all over my body, and my face got rushed with blood, felt funny but was good.

Went to the beach late at night with Tyler, had a great time there jumping around and playing with the dogs, cooked Potato Gratin with oven roasted tomatoes, I had to rush em both cause Jon was going back to forecast, there was some presidential candidate going to make a speech in the same building and there was going to be plenty of people there.

I told Tyler that if they ever feel like I’m intrusive or I’m bothering too much he should feel free to ask me to move out or something like that. He replied that a few days ago he was talking with Jon and both agreed they would like me to stay with them forever and that I was a nice addition to the family. That was very sweet of him. Although I’m not planning on staying here for a long term. I want to have my own place soon.

I’ve been thinking about doing a long trip, driving cross country across the USA. I mean, I got a car, I should use it, roads in the states are pretty easy to drive thru and would be an incredible adventure. Been thinking about going from the east coast to the west coast and then crossing the border to Mexico thru Tijuana, ending in puerto Vallarta or something like that.

In 30 minutes will be my ex’s 23rd birthday. Happy Birthday babe, I love you very much, more than you will ever know.
