Today I bought aminoacids again..
- DLPA 400 = DL- Phenilalanina
- L- Tyrosine 1000
- Vitamin B6 200
l-Phenylalanine is a precursor to tyrosine, which converts to the neurotransmitters norepinephrine, epinephrine, dopamine and tyramine. Tyrosine and its metabolites have been shown to support emotional well-being, memory and learning.
d-Phenylalanine contributes by regulating the level of specific endorphins, thereby calming stressed muscles and their joints. Reference: Beckmann H, et al. DL-phenylalanine versus imipramine: a double-blind controlled study. Arch Psychiatr Nervenkr 1979 Jul 4;227(1):49-58.
L-tyrosine is a nonessential amino acid (protein building block) that the body synthesizes from phenylalanine, another amino acid. Tyrosine is important to the structure of almost all proteins in the body. It is also the precursor of several neurotransmitters, including L-dopa, dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine.
Vitamin B6, folic acid, and copper are necessary for conversion of L-tyrosine into neurotransmitters.
Also we saw a movie called Food of love, story of an older musician who has an affair with an 18 year old, and how everything complicates when the mother of the kid finds out and the boyfriend of the musician sleeps with the kid as well. Geez.. It was kinda interesting because, like life, everything gets fucked up with people lying left and right.
