Wow what a great new year eve I had. After being kinda depressed in the afternoon, we went to the market and began cooking the new years eve feast. We did, first Panzanella, a tuscan bread salad with anchovies, capers, bell pepper and croutons. Second we did my specialty of Salmon encrusted with horseradish, “amazing”.. I drank a full six pack of japanese beer, Kirin Ichiban, wow.. I got extremely happy. I had a wonderful time.
